Terms and Conditions for Karnival Ihsan Madani: Pesta Selera Lucky Draw

1. Eligibility

   1. The Karnival Ihsan Madani: Pesta Selera Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") is open to all individuals who are residents of Malaysia and aged 12 and above.

2. Registration

   1. To participate in the Lucky Draw, participants must register on the i-Mesra website by providing their Name, Mobile Number, Email, and Identification Card (IC) Number.
   2. Each participant is allowed to submit only one registration. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.

3. Draw and Prizes

   1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the registration period.
   2. The draw will be conducted on 5th and 6th July, and the winners will be announced during the Karnival Ihsan Madani: Pesta Selera Lucky Draw prize giving ceremony.
   3. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Notification of Winners

   1. Winners will be announced during the Karnival Ihsan Madani: Pesta Selera Lucky Draw prize giving ceremony.
   2. Winners should be present during the announcement to receive the prize. If a winner cannot be present during the event, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. Use of Personal Data

   1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants consent to the use of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice.

6. General

   1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the i-Mesra website.
   2. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by us in relation to the Lucky Draw.
   3. Our decisions in respect of all matters related to the Lucky Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   4. We are not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or other issues beyond our control that may cause disruptions to the Lucky Draw.
